THE HUNDRED ACRE WOOD

On a Bank Holiday (that’s what they call a day off), we decided to take a walk in the Hundred Acre Wood. This is where Winnie the Pooh lived. First we saw a windmill. See if you can find the pictures of Eeyore’s house. We also played Pooh-sticks. Sofronia and Inessa were brave enough to cross the river on a tree instead of by the bridge. We found a huge tree and thought that maybe it’s the tree where Owl lived. You can see it was a blustery day; not so blustery, though, that Owl’s tree fell down. We are sure that the waterfall we found is the same one that Pooh and Piglet went over on the day of the flood. The last two pictures show how tired we were as we walked back up the huge hill to Friendship Clump. Guess who got back to Friendship Clump first. Hint: she has the shortest legs (Milena doesn’t count since dad was carrying her at the end) and a pink coat.
