Brazil - the good, bad, and ugly

I thought you might be interested in these photos.

• The bamboo tunnel is at the botanical garden.
• The slum on fire is not far from it. The wall on the left is about fourteen homes, built of plywood one atop another and cheek by jowl.
• The third photo is of our apartments, as seen from the temple looming above the shops we pass on our way.
